Steve Miller has been licensed to sell real estate in Maryland since 2014, but he grew up in the business, by watching his father Scott. Through this, he learned the value of hard work, honesty, and integrity. Scott's commitment to these values shows through Steve. His clients rave about his professionalism and dedication to them.
Growing up in Ellicott City, Steve knows central Maryland. In his previous life as a chef, he gained valuable knowledge of how to work in a high-pressure environment without losing his cool.
Steve is proud that not only did he pass his licensing exam on the first try, but he immediately hit the ground running, writing his first contract within a few short weeks of getting his license.
In his first full year licensed, Steve generated over $6 Million in volume, far exceeding the industry average for rookie agents. He is a member of the Howard County Million Dollar Club in good standing. He has since added another $6M+ in transactions to that number.
Steve lives in Catonsville, with his better half, Annie, their two rescue mutts, Floyd and Burt.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling and cooking for friends and family. Steve is also an avid outdoorsman. He loves spending time enjoying everything Maryland has to offer- camping, hiking, boating the Chesapeake Bay, kayaking the local rivers, biking, hunting and fishing. Steve is very active in his community, in his home town of Ellicott City as well as in his lodge, Palestine Masonic Lodge #189, in Catonsville, where he is an officer.
In previous posts, I've explained what goes into the contract and more
"Steve Miller is obviously a professional Realtor who spent countless hours working with me to find the near-perfect home when I moved from Omaha, NE circa one year ago. Steve has the ability to ensure that the right questions are asked of a client to "fine-tune" needs and wishes, and produces the right answers and listings of interest. Steve worked with me until closing to make sure that there were no loose ends or surprises - and there were none!"
